Myelo/lymphoproliferative disorders

EBV

What will you do?

 

Basic profile like CBC, LFT, blood film, relics, bilirubin, haptoglobin, … 

Coombs test U/S abdomen 

CT chest & abdomen 

Bone marrow aspirate 

Lymph node biopsy 

Viral serology 

Thin & thick blood film 

Remember the spleen:

Has a notch 

Enlarges inferiorly & medially
